Four pieces featuring the grand piano in the style of what I like to call 'minimal nocturnes'. It's generally meditational music.

I - Introduction & Ostinati is an electronic introduction after which the piano takes over, playing fast ostinatos. A church organ joins in for a dramatic climax.

II - Waltz is a solemn piece in 6/8, dynamically going back and forth creating a flowing movement.

III - Passacaglia is an ambient piece for two piano's accompanied by the sound of rain and thunder.

IV - Andante sees the return of a melody heard in the Passacaglia, this time in a new arrangement and time signature. A string orchestra joins in for a heart-wrenching climax. The piano ends the piece with a last round of the melody from Passacaglia.
